Clients agree to:

• Ensure safe access for staff at service locations
• Comply with safety, compliance, and access regulations

9. Cancellations & Termination

Services may be cancelled or terminated in line with agreed contract terms, including:

• Notice periods
• Penalties for early termination

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Client records, logs, and internal documentation

11. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
